Jiang Qing, Zhang Chunqiao, Yao Wenyuan, and Wang Hongwen are being tried for the death of thousands of people during the time of 1966-76. They are also being tried for anti-party avitivities. The trial will is being held in Beijing. It has been said that the official papers will not be released. Supporters of the Gang of Four are also being held accountable such as Red Guards, Chen Boda, and Mao Yuanxin. So far they have obeyed Chairman Mao at all times. Zhang Chunqiao refused to admit any wrong at all. Yao Wenyuan and Wang Hongwen and confessed to their crimes and will be sentenced after the trials are complete. Jiang Qing was very defiant. That is all for the trials right now.
